Required Documents for TOPIK Registration

You will need to upload the following documents at the time of filling out the registration form:

Recent passport-size photograph (.JPG, under 200KB) Signature (.JPG, under 100KB) Valid ID proof (.JPG, under 200KB)

Important: The name entered in the registration form must exactly match the name on your ID proof. Your photograph must be a recent, clear, front-facing colour photo without any blur, filters, shadows, or obstructions. Applications with photographs that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.

Important Application Guidelines

Before you fill out the registration form, please read these guidelines carefully:

Do not submit the form more than once. Filling out the registration form multiple times — using different email IDs, phone numbers, altered date of birth formats, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in serious penalties.

Enter your email address correctly. Any application submitted with an incorrect email address will be rejected. All further communication, including payment details and confirmation, will be sent only to the email address provided in the form.

Submitting the form does not guarantee registration. The registration form will remain open until the deadline, but only applicants who receive a confirmation email from the Korean Education Centre (KEC) will be considered successfully enrolled.

Payment details will be shared only after confirmation. Do not make any payment before receiving a confirmation email. Payments made by unconfirmed applicants, payments made before the official registration date, or any duplicate payments will not be refunded under any circumstances.

A reserve list of 50 applicants will be maintained. If any selected applicant is found to have discrepancies in their submitted form — such as a blurred photograph, incorrect email address, or any other inaccuracy — their application will be disqualified and a candidate from the reserve list will be considered in their place.

Candidates with disabilities should contact KEC directly at [email protected] to complete the next steps for registration.
