This website, and all subdomains of, hereinafter referenced as site or website, are operated by LKI. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LKI. LKI offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us and/ or enrolling in any of our courses, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, students and/ or contributors of content.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may choose not to use the products/services/courses of LKI.


Admission Cancellation/Refunds/Batch Changes

  1. Students can request for cancellation of registration and refund till 48 hours before the class start date. In such scenario a minimal payment processing amount (usually Rs. 200-300) will be deducted by our payment gateway partner and rest of the fee amount will be refunded.
  2. Once the classes start, students are not eligible for any refund. However, in certain circumstances we can consider processing a refund if a student has a compelling reason (like a medical emergency in the family) for requesting so, and the request is made before more than 2 classes are over or within 7 days from the class start date (whichever is earlier). Any decision by LKI team on the refund and the amount to be refunded will be final in that case.
  3. In the case a student is not able to continue classes at the fixed time slots for a batch due to personal reasons, they can request for batch change before 4 classes for that particular batch are over. In such cases we will make a decision on case by case basis and our decision will be final.
  4. No batch change requests will be accepted after 4 classes are over, No matter what the reason is for change request. If a student is not able to attend classes due to any health or personal reasons, they need to inform us in advance and not after missing a number of classes. If the student has been regular and sincere in the classes before making the request and if the reason for batch change request is genuine we may consider it but the decision taken by LKI faculty and management will be final.
  5. If a student misses a number of classes and then requests a batch change or refund, such requests will not be considered no matter the circumstances or reasons.
  6. All pre-recorded courses are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.
  7. In case a refund is approved by us, it may take up to 72 hours to process the refund and it may take another 3-5 days for the money to reach your account.


  1. Minimum requirements to be eligible for certificates: 50% class attendance, 50% assignment submissions and 50% marks in the Exam. If a student is not fulfilling any ONE of these 3 criteria, they will not be able for the course certificate. No reasons for lack of attendance and assignment submissions will be entertained. If a student is not able to complete the course due to not fulfilling any of the criteria, they need to enroll in the course again.
  2. The exam dates are decided well in advanced and students are informed in the class as well as through Google classroom and Telegram groups. It’s the student’s responsibility to keep an eye on the notifications and appear in the exam at scheduled time.
  3. If a student has any issue with the exam date or timing, they need to contact LKI and inform of the same within 48 hours from the date of exam date announcement. If we receive no objections through email or messages, the exam date will be considered final and will not be changed at a later stage in any circumstances based on requests of individual students.
  4. If a student misses to appear in the exam, no re-attempt will be allowed in any circumstances.
  5. The evaluation of the exam papers and marks allotted by LKI faculty will be final. The students can request for a recheck/recalculation if they have any doubts but it will be the discretion  of the LKI management and faculty to accept any such requests. LKI reserves the write to disclose or not disclose the detailed break-up of the marks in the exam paper. In many situations, the faculty may allot overall marks for certain questions or even the whole paper. We make sure that the evaluation criteria for all the students is same, fair and transparent and by enrolling in the courses you agree to accept the evaluation decisions of the LKI faculty.
  6. LKI reserves the write to change exam dates, exam patterns, question types and evaluation system anytime, though in case of such changes the students will be informed as soon as it’s possible for the LKI staff.

Course Material/Class Recordings

  1. LKI may use its own material or material published by other educational institutions (fair use for educational purposes).
  2. The students are not allowed to share any course material, class recordings, assignments and exam papers with anyone and doing so may lead to your removal from all LKI courses. It may also have legal consequences as we may not have legal rights to distribute certain material published by third-party institutions and distributing it outside the classroom may be violation of copyright laws.


  • For any official queries, only email communication from [email protected] is considered official; not WhatsApp, call or social media.
  • LKI reserves the right to cancel any batch or change  class days and timings. Though in such cases we will offer refund to the students who can’t continue the course with changed timing. LKI also reserves the right to deny/cancel admission to anyone if there are valid reasons for doing so. In such case the collected course will be refunded.
  • LKI reserves the right to cancel classes on certain days in case of unforeseen circumstances, though in such situation, we will provide supplementary classes.
  • The information regarding terms and conditions available on this page will be final and will supersede any information available on any other medium.
